– Garlic

2. How to make miến xào seafood
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
– After buying the glass noodles, soak them in warm water for about 15 minutes until soft, then drain. If the noodles are too long, you can cut them in half before stir-frying.
– Peel the mushroom stems, rinse them and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

– If the pan is dry, you can add a little more oil, then add the onions and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the carrots and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, then add the minced garlic and stir-fry until it turns golden brown and fragrant.
– Next, add the bok choy and glass noodles to the pan and stir-fry quickly. Then add the mushrooms.
– Pour about 2/3 of the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables and noodles are cooked to your desired level.
– If you find the glass noodles too stiff, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of water to stir-fry with the noodles, then add the shrimp, squid, and the remaining sauce. Stir-fry a little more until the ingredients are fully cooked and well-coated with the seasonings. Sprinkle some ground pepper on top and turn off the heat.
