Cooking black bean soup with an added twist – round and nutritious beans delight

Ingredients:

– Black beans

– Sugar

– Coconut milk

– Dried coconut

– Banana oil

– Fresh shredded coconut

– Crushed roasted peanuts

Instructions on how to cook delicious black bean soup. First, rinse the black beans thoroughly, soak them in a bowl/pan, and then drain the water until it covers the beans. Remove any floating beans on the water surface, as these are damaged beans, and only keep the submerged ones.

Scorch the beans in a large fire for about 10 minutes until the outer surface wrinkles. This trick helps prevent the beans from breaking apart when simmering.

Bring a pot of water to a boil until it foams. Scoop out all the foam with a ladle and reduce the heat, simmering until the beans are soft.

Scoop out the black beans. Marinate this portion of beans with the prepared sugar for even absorption for 10 to 15 minutes.

Next, you put the marinated beans into a pan and stir evenly so that the beans are coated with sugar, sealed. This step helps the beans absorb the sugar evenly and taste better.

Pour this mixture into the pot of previously simmered soup and boil until the water boils again, adding sweetness to the soup to suit your taste.

If you want to eat cool black bean soup, you can put it in the fridge for a while or add some ice cubes. In addition, add a little banana oil, dried coconut, fresh shredded coconut, and crushed roasted peanuts for the right touch.
